She is committed to ensuring CRC’s resources are managed with integrity and transparency in support of survivors and community healing.	Sarah Demerath The Director of Case Management & Advocacy for the Human Sex Trafficking Support Initiative. Sarah Demerath leads CRC's dedicated team of case managers to support survivors and drive advocacy efforts in our community.
Desirae Casarez Desirae Casarez is a dedicated member of the Solace Education and Support (SEAS) team at Convergence Resource Center. She provides compassionate, trauma-informed support, education, and resource navigation to individuals seeking hope, healing, and stability. Desirae is passionate about community outreach, advocacy, and empowering others by fostering meaningful connections and creating welcoming spaces where individuals feel respected, supported, and encouraged throughout their journey.	Carolyn Mitchell Carolyn Mitchell serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), supporting client intake and helping individuals connect to appropriate services. She plays a key role in welcoming participants, completing intake processes, and ensuring each person is guided into the right support pathway within CRC.	Heidi Provo Heidi Provo serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC) where she supports client intake and connection to services. She helps ensure individuals are welcomed, assessed, and guided into the appropriate support programs within CRC.
Tina Smith Tina Smith serves as the Front Office Administrator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she supports daily office operations, welcomes clients and visitors, and helps ensure the organization runs smoothly. She plays a key role in creating a warm and organized first point of contact for the CRC community.	Pricsilla McBride Priscilla McBride serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she supports client intake and connection to services. She helps welcome individuals into CRC programs and ensures they are guided into the appropriate support pathways.	Selma Salandich Selma Salandich serves as SOS Bag Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she coordinates and supports the preparation and distribution of SOS bags for individuals in need. She helps ensure essential items are organized as part of CRC’s survivor support efforts.
JoJo Anderson JoJo Anderson serves as IT Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), supporting day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This includes assisting with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and ensuring staff have the tools needed to stay connected and operate efficiently.	Leslie Blackmon Leslie Blackmon serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she supports the intake process and helps connect individuals to appropriate services. She provides a welcoming first point of contact and assists in guiding participants into the programs and resources that best meet their needs.
