Desirae is passionate about community outreach, advocacy, and empowering others by fostering meaningful connections and creating welcoming spaces where individuals feel respected, supported, and encouraged throughout their journey.

Carolyn Mitchell serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), supporting client intake and helping individuals connect to appropriate services. She plays a key role in welcoming participants, completing intake processes, and ensuring each person is guided into the right support pathway within CRC.

Selma Salandich serves as SOS Bag Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she coordinates and supports the preparation and distribution of SOS bags for individuals in need. She helps ensure essential items are organized as part of CRC’s survivor support efforts.

JoJo Anderson serves as IT Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), supporting day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This includes assisting with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and ensuring staff have the tools needed to stay connected and operate efficiently.
