She is a trainer, educator, program director and wears many hats to keep the organization moving forward.	Carla Mckiver, MBA Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer Carla Mckiver is Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she manages the finances and accounting. She is also a Heartmath Coach providing vital services to clients.	Sarah Demerath The Director of Case Management providing support from the valuable viewpoint of a person with lived experience. She leads the Substance Abuse support programs at CRC and provides services onsite and offsite to meet the needs of our clients
Carolyn Mitchell Carolyn Mitchell serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), providing case management supporting client intake and helping individuals connect to appropriate services. She is the program manager for the HEMAD Classic Car Cruise.	Heidi Provo Heidi Provo serves as an ART Facilitator primarily based in the Madison Office at Convergence Resource Center (CRC) where she supports client intake and connection to services.	Faye Peters Harris Serves as an Aftercare Support Facilitator providing support for justice involved individuals and a member of the Planning Committee for The Epidemic and The Game
Tina Smith Tina Smith serves as the Front Office Administrator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she provides administrative support and is the program manager for the HEMAD Biker Ride.	Sharon Koepp Sharon Koepp serves as the Front Office Administrator for the Madison office providing administrator to support to callers and helping deliver front office services to clients.	Pricsilla McBride Priscilla McBride serves as an ART Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she supports client intake and connection to services. She helps welcome individuals into CRC programs and ensures they are guided into the appropriate support pathways.
Desirae Casarez Desirae Casarez is a CRC SEAS Facilitator Convergence Resource Center. She also provides backup support to the Front Office Administrator. She is a member of the TTEP team and a member of The Epidemic and The Game planning committee.	Selma Salandich Selma Salandich serves as SOS Bag Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she coordinates and supports the preparation and distribution of SOS bags for individuals in need. She helps ensure essential items are organized as part of CRC’s survivor support efforts.	JoJo Anderson JoJo Anderson serves as IT Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), supporting day-to-day technology needs across the organization. This includes assisting with basic troubleshooting, device setup, and ensuring staff have the tools needed to stay connected and operate efficiently.
Leslie Blackmon Leslie Blackmon serves as a Relationship Facilitator at Convergence Resource Center (CRC), where she builds relationships with CRC partners and donors. Leslie also provides backup support to our Chief Finance Officer.
